A great experience! He took the extra time to educate me about what he was doing and why. Even showed me how to fixed the problem myself (should it happen again), and then taught me how to conduct the yearly maintenance. A great person to have work for you, not to mention he is at least $60 cheaper (if not more) than any place in Watertown and the quality is just as good or better too. He even promised to come fix a the problem again (should it come back) for free. I cannot recommend this business enough.
